Kate and her team took care of us and all our transportation needs for our recent trip. When we had a 36hr delay in getting home, they made all the adjustments to pick us up at our new time and kept in constant contact with us! We can’t wait for the next ride to the airport!

My daughter and new grand baby were relocating to PA from Tulsa after being away from hometown for 5 years. I was supposed to fly to Tulsa to escort them back to Easton while her husband closed up the house, but the government shut down caused chaos and they had to fly alone. Kate was wonderful communicating along the way and gave me such a sense of peace that they were in great hands. Thank you, everyone who helped make a stressful situation pleasant!

This was my first time having Prestige pick me up from the airport. DAVE was there early and gave specific directions on how and where I should meet him. My plane was late but Dave was there when my flight pulled into Newark. Once I got my luggage, Dave outside his car in the area he told me he would be and immediately took my luggage.
He was very friendly and kind and also got me home safely. I’ve already booked a return trip for him and will be using him again in the future.!

Peace of Mind for Every Parent

As parents ourselves, we understand how it feels to have your child—no matter their age—far from home. When you book transportation with 24/7 Prestige for your cadet, we keep you informed every step of the way. The day before the ride, you and your cadet will receive a group text that connects you with our team and the assigned driver, allowing you to confirm pickup details and, if applicable, flight information. On the day of travel, the driver will keep you updated in that same thread, sharing arrival times, vehicle photos, and notifications at pickup and drop-off. With 24/7 Prestige, you can relax knowing you’re connected and informed, no matter the distance.

Private and Shared Rides Available

At 24/7 Prestige, we offer both private and shared ride options (when available) for cadets traveling to NYC area airports. When you book a private ride, we’ll notify you if a shared ride option opens up. You’re also welcome to share your booking with other cadets, as we can accommodate up to six passengers per trip. West Point reservations require a deposit, which is fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled 48 hours in advance.

Flexible, On-Base Pickup Locations

Our drivers are fully cleared to pick up and drop off at various locations on base, making your transportation as convenient as possible. We’re happy to stop at multiple locations, including popular spots like Grant’s Turnaround, Arvin’s Gym, and the Prep School. When you make your reservation, just let us know which location works best for you or your cadet, and we’ll handle the rest.
